How does a Price Match work?
If you see an item for sale, a store that does price matching will match that price to the lower price. So when you are checking out, just let the cashier know that the price is lower at XYZ store and they will lower the price. That item does have to be the same product and the same size and same brand. A lot of stores will match the price for many items not just grocery items. It is best if you bring the advertisement with you in case they ask for it.
I have had Best Buy do a price match for a camera. Amazon.com had a lower price along with a free memory card. The camera was the same camera with the same model number and brand. Nebraska Furniture Mart matched a price for a television and a computer. They were also the same model number and brand. And Olathe Ford matched a price for tires which were the same brand and style. It is best to bring the advertisement with you to ensure you are more successful in getting the best price. With consumers trying to save money, retailers are willing to match the price to get your business which is saving you time and money. Have a HOPtastic day!!!
