I love this Breakfast Casserole. I make it on special occasions like Christmas and I think I am going to make it for Easter breakfast. One of the things I like about this breakfast casserole is that it packs up well and makes great leftovers. So here is a family favorite recipe.
9 Pillsbury Frozen Grands Biscuits
12 sausage links
2 cups of shredded cheese-cook's choice
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup bacon bits
Cook sausage according to package directions and cut up. Put frozen biscuits into greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Put the diced sausage links on top of the frozen biscuits, then the shredded cheese followed by the onion. Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the biscuits. Sprinkle with the bacon.
Bake for 45-50 mins at 350 degrees.
You could use English Muffins instead but I really like it with the biscuits. Also a 1/2 cup of chopped red pepper could also be added but I preferred this without the red pepper. Would your family enjoy this recipe? Would you add anything to the recipe or change anything? Have a HOPtastic day!!

I haven't made brownies from a box/mix since I got this recipe from my mom. My mom would make these when I was growing up. Ever since she gave me the recipe, these are the only brownies I make. I feel that making the brownies from scratch is more affordable than using a box/mix. Most people have the ingredients in their house. Without making you wait any further, here

I found this recipe online and I had to try it. The original recipe calls to add maple syrup in it but my muffins were over-filled in the muffin cups. We ended up adding syrup as well so next time I make the pancake muffins I won't mix the maple syrup in the batter.
Easy Baked Pancake Muffins
2 cups of pancake mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup(per the recipe but I think

In trying to find something to make for dinner, I found this recipe on The Crockin' Girls website. My family loved it. I love crock pot meals and this one only takes a little over 2 hours which was great since I was headed to the grocery store today and didn't have a lot of time. I actually used 8 chicken breasts and cut them up. Here is the recipe and I hope you enjoy it.
