BodSmith Advanced Oranges with CoQ10
Nov. 20, 2015
Each morning I have been drinking a sugar-free, low-calorie energy drink supplement. I was just about to run out when I got a chance to try BodSmith Advanced Oranges with CoQ10 at a discounted rate. Although I did receive it at a discounte rate, all opinions are my own.
BodSmith Advanced Oranges offers more than my previous energy drink. Not only does it have the Green Coffe Bean caffeine like my other drink, BodSmith Advanced Oranges has CoQ10, Fibersol(which is a soluble fiber), and a propietary blend of vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, I know I don't get enough vegetables in my diet so I am happy that this drink mix includes carrots, yams, pumpkin, butternut squash, and rutabaga.
The directions say to mix a scoop in 6-8oz of cold water or juice, once daily. I used a mixing cup that has a mixing ball in the cup to help mix up the powder. I choose to use 8oz of cold water but I bet it would be great in orange juice. The powder smelled like oranges.
After pouring the mix in the cold water, I shook the drink vigrously. My suggestion would be to drink it quickly or continue to shake the drink because the mix does settle at the bottom of the cup. Mixed with the water, I didn't feel that there was much of a taste. It did smell like oranges which was nice. I was say there was a little bit of grit to the drink but I would expect that so it didn't take away from the drink for me at least.
A thing I liked is that it came in a tub as opposed to the little drink sticks. I think selling the product in a tub is more affordable as opposed to the drink sticks. But I do appreciate that the drink sticks are portable. To take it with me, I put the measured powder mix in the cup and added water when I got to work.
I have been drinking BodSmith Advanced Oranges for about a week now and I do feel great. It would be a drink supplement that I would continue to purchase since I know I am getting beneficial fruits, vegetables, and soluble fiber. Maybe next week I will try it in orange juice. Does this sound like a drink mix that you would add to your routine? Have a HOPtastic day!!
